Long time Boisean, shamefully first time to Delsa's tonight. The two employees that helped me were so friendly. I got a burger, tots, and a milkshake. The burger was delicious. Usually I'm disappointed with portion sizes, I don't know if the amount of tots I got is normal but I got a ton! Milkshake was delicious. I will be back, doon.

Stopped in to grab food and ice cream- walked in masked only to realize none of the employees were wearing them so we turned around and left. It’s not hard to be responsible and wear masks to keep your community healthy- especially while handling food!!! Won’t be back!

Best ice cream in town and food is great too! Patio is expansive with plenty of seating. Recommend the Philly cheese steak with tots! Fry sauce! Black licorice ice cream or Rocky Road 😍

This place has been a hidden gem throughout my childhood. Each owner has made it more special than the previous. The latest has created additional seating areas and buildings to hold events, each themed with vintage Delsa signs. They also have a full menu serving great comfort foods. An ice cream shop like this brings out the delightful child in each of us! Great spot for a playful date, grandparents to spoil grandchildren, and parents to make memories with kiddos! Also lots of opportunities for fun photo ops if you're a photographer!

By far this place has the best ice cream and always has friendly staff. Their ice cream is made with real ingredients that taste great. Their avocado ice cream is one of my favs.

I usually love this place. Today was the first time since the covid. I am very dissapointed with the precautions they are are taking. Or rather not taking. I only saw two employees wearing mask! Even though they serve your ice cream. They have all the kethcups and mustards on tables for everyone to touch and I did not see any dissenfecting of any tables after people left. The last straw I noted the water pitcher sitting on the trash can.... seriously Delsas???? Take steps to protect your employees and your customers! I will not be back any time soon.

Delicious! We got a banana split and then shared a Philly cheese steak. It seemed a bit overpriced but it all tasted good.

Not a mask in sight on any employee. Not in the kitchen, not scooping ice cream. Too bad they’ve chosen to ignore all health regulations, science and common sense, refusing to be considerate to their customers and community. No thanks. I can get ice cream at dozens of places. I’ve been a customer for 40 years, but I won’t be giving them any more of my money. Shame on you, Delsas.

We've always loved Delsa's. However, when we went in on Sunday afternoon we were super disappointed that none of the employees had masks on and most of the people going through the door didn't have a mask on. Or you have the geniuses that wear a mask, but it's below their chin. You can still continue to operate a business with a mask on and show customers that you really do care for their well-being. Delsa's employees and management should be trying to set the standard and keep everyone safe.

I have always liked going to Delsa's. I was very disappointed with the lack of protection against Covid 19 by the employees in regards to wearing masks and condiments out on tables. The cook did not have any hair covering so his hair dangled over what he was cooking. I will not be going back to Delsa's unless there are changes.

Great ice cream! However, the employees do not wear masks & feel like they don’t have to because they are one private property. Almost all businesses are on private property but they are concerned about helping get Covid stopped. I saw only 2 people go into Delsa’s with a mask. The rest did not probably because the Delsa’s people don’t care about their customers health.

I am a big fan. I do love ice cream and this is the only place I have found anywhere close to the Boise area where I can get licorice ice cream. It takes me back to my childhood when my parents would take me to milky way ice cream every weekend. The food is also very good the employees are friendly and helpful

Went here because we knew they had an outdoor patio & social distancing would be possible. When we walked in there were at least 6 employees in sight and not a single one of them were wearing masks. When we asked why the girl behind the counter responded “because we’re privately owned”. We took our business elsewhere because the spread of a killer virus is a very serious thing weather you are “privately owned” or not. As well as it is the current heath code in Ada County. So it has NOTHING to do with ownership. Reported to heath department.

The banana split was the highlight of my kids summer so far. And the burgers are delicious!

Delicious as always! The food is classic American done right. Whether it's the salads, soups, burgers, or sandwiches, you can't go wrong with any of their items. They have an old-school diner inside and lots of shaded seating outside. All the desserts are phenomenal, and the service is fast and polite. Great option for quick bites during date night or ice cream with the kids!

I walked in wearing a mask, turned right around and left. NO ONE, staff or patrons were wearing one. So, disappointing! No social distancing either. Won't be going back for a long time. Sad, because they have good food.
